1. Anonymous data collection on the website
You can visit our websites without providing information about your person. We will not store any personal data in this context. In order to improve our product range, we will if appropriate only analyse statistical data which do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
2. Collecting and processing data when the contact form is used
When the contact form or mail dialogue is used, we collect personal data (individual pieces of information about the personal or factual situation of a defined or definable individual, e.g. your name, telephone number, address) only to the extent provided by you. We will only use your e-mail address to process your enquiry. Your data will then be deleted in so far as you have not contented to their further processing and use.
3. Use of e-mail address to send newsletters
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will use your e-mail address solely for our own advertising purposes, provided that you have explicitly consented to this. We use the double opt-in procedure for sending newsletters, in other words we will only send you a newsletter by e-mail if you have previously given your explicit consent to our activating the newsletter service. We will then send you an e-mail message and ask you to confirm by clicking a link in this e-mail that you would like to receive our newsletter. Both for sending the newsletter and for the double opt-in procedure, we use an external service provider. The service entitled “Mailchimp” is operated by The Rocket Science Group, LLC d/b/a MailChimp, Georgia, USA. Your declaration of consent to this is worded as follows:

You can stop the newsletter at any time using the link in the newsletter or by sending us a message, without incurring any costs other than the cost of sending the message at the basic rate. A message in text form to the contact details given in Section 10 will be sufficient (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter). Naturally, you will also find an unsubscribe link in every e-mail. After that, your e-mail address will be deleted.
Cookies do not contain any personal data. The cookies we use therefore cannot be attributed to any specific person. When the cookie is activated it is assigned an identification number. It is not possible to attribute your personal data to this identification number at any time, and no such attribution is made. We only receive pseudonymised information on the basis of the cookie technology, for example about what pages of our website have been visited and what products have been viewed.
I consent to cookies being used and therefore to my usage data being collected, stored and used. I further consent to my data being stored in cookies after the end of the browser session and, for example, being available for retrieval on my later visits to the web pages.
